dc.description.abstract	This is the 3rd Innovation Scoreboard for the Oslo Region, made by NIFU STEP for Oslo Teknopol. The scoreboard has been created and modified according to the methods used by the European Regional Innovation Scoreboard 2006 (2006 RIS)1 to generate a Revealed Regional Summary Innovation Index (RRSII) for the Oslo Region. The index locates local innovation leaders by taking into account both the region’s relative performance within the EU and the region’s relative performance within the country.	nb_NO
