The Partnership Program for North America (PPNA) is part of a broader effort by the central authorities to strengthen cooperation in research and higher education between Norway and North America, including Canada. In the autumn of 2011 the Ministry of Education decided to continue the programme for a further new four-year period (from 2012 to 2015). This evaluation covers the first period of partnership program activity, from 2008-2011.
