dc.description.abstract	This note on methodology describes the questionnaire, sample and data gathering process of a survey conducted by NIFU in connection to the Re-structure project, a four-year project funded by the Research Council of Norway through the FINNUT programme. The survey “Working conditions in higher education” has three objectives: To operationalize the reform goals, to investigate changes in core activities in order to measure change in the HE sector, and to measure institutional integration.	en_US
