dc.description.abstractThis working paper presents the findings from a study of the policy mix for knowledge transfer between science and industry in Norway. The working paper was commissioned by the Ministry of Education and Research as a contribution to the OECD TIP knowledge transfer and policies project. The mandate for the study was to carry out a comprehensive mapping of policy instruments and their interactions, based on a template developed by the OECD. The goal of the project is policy learning on how to increase and tighten knowledge transfer between higher education institutions and working life.nb_NO
