dc.description.abstract | This report was originally written for the British Social Science Research Council in 1975. Few changes have been made.
The review was intended to focus upon that in science policy research which is relevant to the concerns and responsibilities of the British Research Councils and their Advisory Baard. There is thus a substantial emphasis upon the British situation. Mareover, many areas which have become part of science policy research (e.g. technology assessment, energy problems, scientific ethics) are not treated. Nor, really, is industrial R&D. | nb_NO |
