The aim of this working paper is to give a description of how the Norwegian Euro-Graduate team handled the implementation of EuroGraduate 2022 in Norway and to give a constructive evaluation of what worked well and less well in implementation and participation in the EuroGraduate survey 2022. The survey is an initiative to get a European graduate tracking mechanism initiated by the European Commission. Hence, this working paper focuses on presenting challenges experienced during the full-scale pilot-round of EuroGraduate, and providing suggestions for how these challenges can be overcome or dealt with in the next round.en_US
